Engine Rebuilds
2018 Sea-Doo RXT-X 300 — full rebuild
Came in with low compression on cylinder 2. Full teardown, machine work in-house, ran on bench for 90 minutes before pickup.

Engine Rebuilds
2021 Sea-Doo GTX 170 — top-end service
High-hour engine with worn piston rings and a bent rod. New rings, bearings, and seals — compression back to spec, oil consumption gone.

Fiberglass & Refinishing
Sea-Doo GTX hull — sandbar impact damage
Sandbar impact cracked the keel. Glass relayed, gelcoat matched and feathered. Invisible at arm's length.

Fiberglass & Refinishing
2016 Sea-Doo Spark — full gelcoat refresh
Ten years of UV had chalked the hull and faded the accent stripe. Full compound, polish, and ceramic coat — looks new at the dock.

Winterization
Gold Winterization — 2022 Sea-Doo Wake 170
Came in end of October still running salt-water residue from a Georgian Bay trip. Flushed, fogged, impeller inspected, battery on tender — ready for spring.

Winterization
Platinum Winterization + spring recommission
Full Platinum package in November, then back in April for recommission. Coolant swap, new wear ring, spark plugs — first pull of spring, first start.

General Repair
Sea-Doo RXP — electrical fault diagnosis
No-start, no codes. Traced a corroded ground splice hidden under the seat tray — two connectors cleaned, heat-shrink sealed. Fired right up.

General Repair
2019 Sea-Doo GTI SE — jet pump rebuild
Vibration at speed turned out to be a nicked impeller and worn wear ring. New Solas impeller, ring replaced, balanced on bench — vibration gone.
All work documented with before-and-after photos. This is a small selection.
Why SeaTec
A shop,
not a showroom.
We work on Sea-Doos and personal watercraft — and nothing else. That specialization means our technicians have seen your engine before, know where the common failure points are, and won't waste your season diagnosing something they should already know.
Our technicians are trained by BRP and have access to BRP tools and technical info, so the diagnostics and repairs are done the way Sea-Doo engineered them. Genuine Rotax, Solas, and Riva parts are kept in-house — no waiting three weeks on a dealer backorder. Most repairs clear our bay in under a week, often faster. We confirm every appointment by phone and give you a real estimate before we touch anything.
The in-house engine room means a full Rotax 4-TEC rebuild never leaves the building. Fiberglass and gelcoat work is done the same way — by our hands, not a third party. When your watercraft comes back, it's been through one shop, not three.
Dealer wait-lists in the GTA run six to ten weeks in season. We're at 16 Newbridge Road, Toronto. Drop it off Monday, ride it Friday. That's not a slogan — it's our operating standard.
